Quantum CreativityFirst, I’ll start off by saying that I’ve read several of Amit Goswami’s books, and would be happy to read all of them! Although he’s an accomplished physicist, consciousness is of primary interest to him, especially its interplay with what he knows of quantum physics.

His books are a perfect combination of both of those topics, and he’s very good at explaining just enough quantum physics and just enough about consciousness to explain how and why they are dependent upon each other.

He’s very good at putting all of this in lay terms and writing in an engaging way that not only keeps you interested, but fascinated.

Think Quantum, Be Creative!

This particular book, Quantum Creativity, includes the fundamentals of those two topics, and then builds upon them to address our creativity specifically.

Much of creativity itself requires paradigm shifts, and — as you might expect if you’re familiar with this author — this book itself offers one!

Goswami begins by explaining the creative process along with how it actually works. Much of this is unique to how he understands it, and during the time period I read the book, I often found myself reflecting on how it applies as I went about my daily life.

I read this book specifically to see if he would address the unique manifestation process I’ve observed in the various forms of Quantum Consciousness (QC) Technology. Although he didn’t touch on that type of creativity/manifestation specifically, much of what he did discuss has enabled me to extrapolate for some additional ways of playing with the process in my own QC practice (Holographic Emergence™).

My favorite section was that on spiritual creativity where he discusses inner and outer creativity, self-realization, and enlightenment. It was wonderful hearing from an expert how all of these connect with each other.

Practical Application

Besides giving you a good understanding of the process (from which you can invent and explore — i.e. create! — your own ways to use it), he goes several steps further by showing you how to make use of it.

First, he gives examples of its application in several life area, for example, in the arts, in business, and in society. You’ll get a good idea of how expansive this process can be.

Then he ends with another of my favorite sections “Bringing Creativity to the Center of Your Life”, where he gives you very specific ways in which to apply the ideas in your own life. He writes about each of 7 suggested practices with a perfect amount of detail so you can begin to practice immediately. Several of these help put you into the “Open State” of which I write and which I consider an integral element of creativity, intuition, and of course, Quantum Consciousness itself.

Although I didn’t think I needed to read “yet another” book about creativity, I’m glad I read this one and that I have it to refer to. I’m sure I’ll refer especially to the steps he so thoughtfully included near the end as I practice what he suggests to enhance my own access to what he calls my “quantum self”.

Highly recommended!

Note: I received this book for free from Hay House Publishing for review purposes and this review reflects my honest evaluation.

When I took my first Matrix Energetics seminar back in 2007, it became really clear that the foundation for being able to facilitate transformation was being able to enter what they called “the state”, our subjective experience of accessing the Zero-Point Field.

There was a lot of confusion around that, and at the time, they didn’t go into much detail about it.

The good thing was that just being in such a large group (about 300), with Richard Bartlett as the lead, you somehow got into it by osmosis.

So we actually got there, even with very little specific instruction.

First Experiences

I knew I was in the state mainly because I was able to facilitate change for practice partners during our experiential segments.

My being in the state would also explain why the ceiling in my hotel room kept moving around like a wave that night (and I am not kidding).

I also noticed (although it’s hard to describe) my analytical mind having to clamber its way to the surface when someone asked me a practical question on day 3 of my first seminar. It was a little bit like how you sense your reality solidifying as you wake up from a dream.

But once we all returned to our respective homes and wanted to be able to do it on our own, it became more imperative that we have a clear sense of it.

So what the heck was this state, actually? And how could we get into it on our own?

First Lone Attempts

After returning home, my confidence evaporated. Not completely, but significantly.

To keep the momentum going, I participated in a lot of Matrix Energetics tele-seminars, a few in-person classes, and frequent practice get-togethers, some of them about the state.

We were taught more about how to intensify the state, with a few more suggestions about how to get into the state, but still the instructions were vague and not very clear about what, exactly, we were doing.

And like in the seminars, there was little if anything about what the state actually was, or even how to know if we were “in” it. At home, the sense of it didn’t (always) knock me over the head like it did during the seminar.

So I wasn’t quite as sure I was really there.

And I wasn’t the only one. There continued to be a lot of confusion on the part of just about everyone I knew who was practicing it.

I’ve noticed that nowadays, Richard and his new partner Melissa talk about entering the state as accessing the “field of the heart”. (And even when I learned Matrix Energetics, there was a lot of talk about “dropping down” into the heart.)

But that means different things to different people. And although that may be one way to access a version of it, that still doesn’t fully illuminate what it is or how to consistently “get there”.

Discovery!

Well, as I said, that was 6 years ago, and since then I’ve done a lot of my own investigation, experimentation, and discovery.

The good news is there are a lot of ways to get into the state that work — although some better than others.

There are also a lot of versions of being in the state — again, some more effective than others.

But in retrospect, I can’t help thinking that maybe the reason it wasn’t clarified more is because just sorta-kinda being in it is often good enough.

Really!

So what I’ve found to be true for me is that rather than try to pin it down, it’s best to just play at it.

A lot.

The Open State via an Open Mind

Because there are so many versions of this state, I’ve decided to refer to it here as the Open State, which seems to fit all of its expressions (that I know of, so far ;-)).

It’s very experiential, with some common threads between people, yet some experiences that are unique. And not just unique to each individual, but often from one occasion to another.

I actually think that it’s beneficial to not go into it with expectations of how to best get there … and what it will be like when you do.

It may be that what works for you today will not work very well tomorrow.

It may be that what works best for you is just okay or ineffective for me, or vice versa.

I’ve noticed that feeling your way into it in the moment, and allowing a communion with it is all you need to do! With practice it becomes more and more easily accessible.

Allow the state of consciousness of doing nothing to become available to you and make it your trusted friend. Consciously spend some time and energy constructing this state in advance, knowing that often nothing happens at just the right time and that everything happens when nothing is being consciously done.

The less you do, the more power you can gain access to. When you are trying to do something or make something happen, you are “doing” with your limited awareness of what can be done. When you are in the tide and flow of events, you are no longer resisting their quantum potential benefits. Now anything is possible and many miraculous things become more likely.

~ Richard Bartlett, The Physics of Miracles

In upcoming articles I’ll be elaborating on these various “versions” of how I’ve come to understand and experience what I now call the Open State.

I’ll do my best to explain it in a way that you can either understand or actually do.

It is a little challenging to talk about because we’re referring to a state of consciousness, and often our language just doesn’t have the words. But that’s okay, because it’s not an explaining or understanding kind of thing.

It’s purely experiential, but I’ll offer a little guidance to light your way.

I’ll also explain how the Open State is beneficial — actually, critical — for facilitating transformation (in the form of Holographic Emergence™, my transformative service based mainly on my Matrix Energetics skills).

And I’ll show how I use it in my everyday life as well as how you can use it for your own “Emergence” into the person and life of your dreams — unencumbered and magnificently expressed!

Until then … Namasté,

Patti

The Open State is the answer to everything, IMHO.

I think it’s what my life here is all about.

I’m about to launch a series of posts on the Open State, starting next week.

Let me give you an idea of what it’s about so you’ll know if you want to check back in.

The Open State

First, what is the Open State?

Really, it’s BEing who or what we are, in essence. In the series, I’ll talk more about what I mean by this and how you can get there yourself.

Second, what’s the value in it?

In a nutshell, I think the answer is two-fold.

One, it’s a powerful foundation for manifesting. It’s the state that is fundamental to my Holographic Emergence™ practice which is about tweaking how things manifest. In a broader sense, it’s a way to live, or rather to BE, so that life on this plane manifests beautifully as you go.

I mention this first because so many of you are focused on how to manifest consciously. And so am I. But I see this as something we are here to “play” with. And having that attitude of play rather than need comes naturally right along with it.

Secondly, and most importantly, it allows you to enjoy life, no matter what. It’s somewhat akin to moksha, or the spiritual liberation that many of the Eastern masters speak of. So even when our life situation is not to our liking, we have a sense of the bigger picture and do not feel threatened in any way.

I’m an avid “student”** of Eckhart Tolle, and one of his quotes from The Power of Now that recently “appeared” in my life again is this:

The Joy Of Being

To alert you that you have allowed yourself to be taken over by psychological time, you can use a simple criterion. Ask yourself: Is there joy, ease, and lightness in what I am doing? If there isn’t, then time is covering up the present moment, and life is perceived as a burden or a struggle.

He goes on to explain:

If there is no joy, ease, or lightness in what you are doing, it does not necessarily mean that you need to change what you are doing. It may be sufficient to change the how. “How” is always more important than “what.

In other words, are you living in the Open State?

I made the image at the top of this post to use as one of my desktop backgrounds, for when I want a reminder to check in. Feel free to download it (right-click on it and save image as …) and use it if you’d like.

So that’s a quick over-view and if you find it intriguing at all, I hope you’ll come back – and please let your friends know about the series, too!

More Joy, Ease, and Lightness

And speaking of joy, ease, and lightness: It’s spring here in New Mexico and the hummingbirds usually return around now. I just love their spirit and to me they represent such joy and lightness (even though they fight like the dickens sometimes) — the same way I would describe my own sense of BEing when I’m living in the Open State. I like to let them be harbingers of that for me.

So on that light note, I want to share this one-minute video with you. It makes me smile. 🙂 (And notice how one of them is sitting on my finger. I was thrilled!)

I hope you have a *wonder-ful* Easter.

May it be

a new beginning

where you emerge

as the joy, ease, and lightness

that you are!

** I put “student” in quotes because Tolle also says (again, in The Power of Now):

I am not teaching you. You are consciousness, and you are listening to yourself.

Yes!

Aren’t we amazing?!

Until next time … Lots of blessings,

Patti

Group ActivationJoin us this Friday for a

FREE
group
Holographic Emergence
session

(or “Activation”).

During an Activation, I use my Holographic Emergence™ abilities to activate a particular energy as pre-determined for each Activation.

Within that area, you bring your own individual intention and we activate that as well.

This time, though, we’re going to do it a bit differently. (In fact, it’s not technically an “Activation” since I’m not choosing a particular energy to activate.)

This Month’s Focus

This time, you will bring your own intention, in any area, and and we’ll activate that together!

That means I’ll access a quantum state (the field of magic and miracles) to facilitate a positive shift related to your intention.

On top of that, I’m going to walk you through a simple version of my process as we go, so that afterward you can practice it on your own with any number of intentions.

So not only do you get a Holographic Emergence™ session, you get a mini-class as well!

How the Activation Will Unfold

As with all the previous Activations, I’ll begin with a short introduction. This time we’ll cover the importance of opening your mind to the possibilities – especially important since you’re going to be activating your intention along with me.

As we do your session, you’ll also learn how to:

1. Offer your intention

I’ll elaborate on this during the introduction.

2. Calibrate (when possible)

I’ll also cover this during the introduction.

3. Get into the state

We’ll do this together as part of the activation.

You’ll come away with 2 easy yet powerful ways to enter the state.

4. Make a simple observation/measurement

We’ll be doing a very simple focusing activity that is somewhat a cross between the Matrix Energetics “Two-Point” and Dr. Frank Kinslow’s “Quantum Entrainment Triangulation” technique.

5. Notice what changed

This is an important part of the process and is where you may also see immediate results (depending on your intention).

And that’s it! (As if that’s not enough!)

In Addition …

• It’s Free!

There’s no charge for this, but note that this is the last free Activation.

I’ve enjoyed doing these with you but participants have been encouraging me to charge for these. (I know, right?! :-) )

In a few months I’ll be offering them regularly for a small fee.

• Time for Q & A

The Activation will take approximately 1 hour which includes time afterward for reports and questions.

• Includes a Free Download

Afterward, registrants will get a link to download the session which can be used as a booster session as well as for review and practice.

Ready to join us? Please do!

And share this post with your friends, too. The more the merrier. (Buttons below, or forward if you’re reading this in email.)

There are only a few days left so act now.

It’s taking place this Friday at 10:30a MST. (It’s a teleconference so everyone can attend, no matter where in the world you are!)

Want more info about what a Holographic Emergence session is, and what you can expect? Read about my Holographic Emergence™ services, or check out my “new service” announcement post with even more introductory info.

This free Activation is for newsletter subscribers only.

If you’re already a subscriber, you’ll find the registration link in the latest newsletter (from last Friday — check your inbox).

If you’re not yet a subscriber, you can subscribe here (it’s free), and you’ll be emailed a link to the newsletter that has the registration button. [You’ll also get a new subscriber thank-you gift: Emergence Primer + Tune-Up Session!]

Thanks for reading, and I hope to “see” you on Friday!

Life as a Doorway to the Field“Death is not the opposite of life. Life has no opposite. The opposite of death is birth. Life is eternal.”

~ Eckhart Tolle, Stillness Speaks

I LOVE this quote. It’s crossed my mind often since first reading it.

And it’s come to mind most recently after losing our sweet lab, Ollie, especially because I had a lot of synchronicities that made me aware — at a deep level — of the same thing.

Life Abounds

It started just a few days after his death.

I was in the back yard and as I looked up I saw 2 mourning doves walking around the bush from his grave. Now, I never see mourning doves back there, even rarely see them at all around here. And that they should come right from his grave while I was there … Well, let’s just say I noticed.

Shortly after that, I was walking over to visit his grave and out hopped a bunny from behind it. It came right over to me, within about 3′, and stopped right at the grave. Again, I took notice.

Even funnier, the next morning I got up and there was the bunny lying in the backyard, all stretched out, right where Ollie used to lay all stretched out!

This was odd enough but this happened several days in a row.

This was getting a little strange, even for me!

Over the next week or two, the quote just kept coming back to mind.

And it seemed that everywhere I went, there was Life.

There were lizards, snakes, birds (ravens, baby flycatchers that hatched and flew the coop, and another mourning dove that flew right in front of me), a big moth that sat right on the post near me on the front porch while I worked, and of course, bunnies galore — to name a few.

Life Goes On

All of this made me sooo aware that Life goes on.

And I don’t mean “life goes on” like your life situation has to continue.

I mean Life just goes on! There is no end to it.

And I did revel in the fact that Ollie was still around. I felt him, not only as his presence, but as Life itself!

I recently did a book review of Dying To Be Me by Anita Moorjani about her near-death experience (NDE). But did you know I had my own NDE? I did … Not as involved as Anita’s, but enough for me to get a taste of what happens when we die. And I can tell you, Life goes on! It’s amazing.

Life = The Field of Magic & Miracles

So you may wonder what this has to do with Emergence.

Well, experiencing the Life that you are — even your life force (which is a little bit of an abstraction of it but still a good stepping stone) — is a doorway to the state of consciousness you enter when you “do” Emergence.

It’s your conscious connection to a powerful field of magic and miracles.

In some ways, the state is impossible to speak of, but there are a lot of pointers that can help lead you to it.

This is one of them. (Note: For some instruction on experiencing your life force and using it to strengthen your immune system or even heal, see remedy #16 in Kiss Your Cold Goodbye Fast With These 20 Natural and Vibrational Remedies.)

And once you’re adept at entering the state … at being … and being life consciously, with awareness — the rest is a piece of cake. 😉

The truth is: you don’t have a life, you are life, the One Life, the one consciousness that pervades the entire universe and takes temporary form to experience itself as a stone or a blade of grass, as an animal, a person, a star or a galaxy.

Can you sense deep within that you already know that? Can you sense that you already are That?

~ Eckhart Tolle, Stillness Speaks

Thanks for reading, and here’s to you — as Life emerging!

We flicker in and out of existence all the time.

A few days ago I was doing a Holographic Emergence session with a client. She commented that she was feeling dizzy.

Believe it or not, this happens often, and is a good thing!

It’s one of the indications that a shift is occurring.

During Matrix Energetics seminars, it’s common for people to get wobbly or actually collapse while we’re doing practices with each other.

Which is why I have my clients sit or lie down when I’m not there with them in person (i.e. a phone session). That way a wobble or collapse becomes merely a sense of dizziness or some similarly innocuous sense of disorientation. 🙂

Let’s Look with Quantum Eyes

I can’t pretend to know for sure what’s going on but this quote from Deepak Chopra’s fascinating book The Spontaneous Fulfillment of Desire is a good starting point (my emphasis via bolding):

So it is only in our consciousness that our limited senses create a solid world out of pure energy and information.

But what if we could see into the quantum domain — if we had “quantum eyes”?

In the quantum domain, we would see that everything we think of as solid in the physical world is actually flickering in and out of an infinite void at the speed of light.

Just like the frame-and-gap sequence of a motion picture, the universe is an on-off phenomenon.

The continuity and solidity of the world exists only in the imagination, fed by senses that cannot discern the waves of energy and information that make up the quantum level of existence.

In reality, we are all flickering in and out of existence all the time. If we could fine-tune our senses, we could actually see the gaps in our existence. We are here, and then not here, and then here again. The sense of continuity is held only by our memories.

~ Deepak Chopra:  The Spontaneous Fulfillment of Desire

Don’t you love that?! Isn’t it wild?!

The cool thing about Emergence is that we are working from that “void” between the flickers. We take advantage of these quantum principles.

So as things shift, when you blink back into existence, you’re enough different than you were before that you can experience it as an odd sense of disorientation.

The reason you blink back slightly differently than you would otherwise is because with Emergence we adjust the patterns of light and information which inform you as a particular manifestation.

At least this explanation makes a lot of sense to me.

The Power of Now

So think about that for a minute.

That means that your existence in any given moment is separated (in an important sense) from your existence in the “next moment” (as you perceive it).

It’s very related to BEing just in this one moment. (Which is essentially the “state of magic and miracles” which I enter when I do a session.)

That also means that right now, you can experience yourself independent of any past or future if you want to. As if there is no past nor future, just now. (I have to laugh when I say “just” now, because there’s no “just” about it! The now is eternal, everlasting, with no beginning or end. Have you ever found an end to now?)

Here and Now Exercise

Here’s something I like to do now and then and it’s really rather freeing.

It can also help you begin to be aware of (and then break out of) some of your unconscious assumptions.

Now, let’s see if I can describe it well enough for you to do it …

  1. Close your eyes. (Okay okay, you can read the next steps first, tee hee.)
  2. Experience yourself right here, right now, and that’s it. You are not involved in an activity, experiencing a certain mood, in a certain place or anything. You’re just here, right now, and only this instant exists. Can you get that sense?
  3. Realize that no particular “next moment” is inevitable. There is nothing else attached to here and now.

Notice, too, how conditions or even situations can not exist in this moment because by definition they both require continuity.

Feel the freedom and possibility in that!

So tell me: Did that exercise take you to an unusual sense of this moment’s context and/or a different understanding of your place in a “timeline”? (If not, then maybe I didn’t explain it well enough. Let me know in the comments, please!)

The Pure Potential of Now

So without even getting into how Emergence actually plays in that void between flickers to influence what will emerge in that “next” moment, at least appreciate that what does emerge isn’t a given.

There is an infinite number of possibilities. There really is!

We are so used to just expecting the next moment to be like the last that it usually is.

Thanks for being here and now with me! 😉

Patti

Did you experience a sense of possibility with the exercise? Can you imagine any other applications of this? I bet you can — I’d love to hear it!

Have you ever felt guilty?

Deeply, horribly, heart-wrenchingly guilty?

What have you done about it? How did you get past it?

Because that’s how I’ve been feeling on and off over the past few weeks.

And as of this morning, I’ve been transforming it into something that feels much lighter. Aaaaah.

As you know if you read my last post, my sweet dog Ollie recently died. It turns out that he was misdiagnosed, and although I’m now sure that I knew all along what was really going on with him, I didn’t know enough at the time to confidently push back with the vets’ diagnosis.

But even more than that, I’m haunted by the idea that I “should” have gotten him to the vet sooner. Besides pre-empting his fast and sudden turn for the worse, I’d have been able to take him to our regular vet who’s really good and who maybe would have diagnosed him correctly, fixed him up, and sent him home with us.

So every now and then … periodically … who am I kidding: frequently!… guilt comes to roost.

It settles in on my heart with its big, black heaviness and squeezes the life out of me.

And guilt is a problem because — and you’ll find this, too — when you do consciousness work it’s best if you can be in a clean, clear, good space. (Of course,  doing consciousness work actually helps you get there. But it’s a dance between the two — with one leading for awhile … then the other.) I do a lot of consciousness work for clients and if I need to, I can set my emotions aside. But of course it’s always easier when my vibration is high, and harder when I feel such dispair. (In fact when this happened, I was on the brink of finalizing a date for a free group Holographic Emergence session for subscribers. I decided the registrants deserved better so I postponed it. But stay tuned for an announcement with a new date!)

But besides the fact that it’s trickier to do good sessions, the guilt itself feels absolutely horrible, and on top of  fresh, deep, grief it can make you feel almost ill.

So I’ve been searching for a reprieve, sometimes desperately, sometimes calmly and wisely. Although I don’t want to just ignore it (let’s move on, think happy thoughts, etc.) nor rationalize why it’s all really okay (he’s in a better place, you didn’t know, you looooved him, etc.), I do want this to “process” already!

But how?

Well first I reached for a lot of my old stand-by’s. (I had them in this post but it got much too long so I took them out. You’ll get them another time.)

Even then, I was aware that, as I wrote to a friend:

I keep wanting to grasp for answers “out there”, and I try, but they seem to only be panaceas. (Of course I now have to remind myself there isn’t an “out there”. It’s all “in here”. And I know the answer(s)/or whatever is too.)

And although I got a lot of comfort and growth from most all of the things I did, I still wan’t quite at peace with it yet.

Still, they were all important because I’m sure they contributed to the movement that opened me to a new and powerful realization this morning.

A New Realization

I don’t know if it’s the ultimate answer (or if there even is one), but it’s definitely promising. (Promising enough to lift my spirits enough to write today — for the first time in quite awhile!)

And here’s how it came about.

Early this morning, soon after I got up, I went to Ollie’s grave and apologized through my deep sobs:

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

Then I got into the jacuzzi.

I realized after about 5 or 10 min. that I hadn’t even taken a moment to appreciate the beautiful day. I remembered that I had appreciated it as I first walked out the door but that my thought had immediately gone to the idea that Ollie would have loved it. It was nice and cool and he would have loved going for a morning walk. But he couldn’t because he was dead. And sadness and guilt had immediately enveloped me.

But as I remembered that, I looked around at what a beautiful day it still was. The hummingbirds were doing their thing at the feeder, sunlight dappled through the leaves of the trees, the air was clear and wonderfully scented, and everything seemed right with the world.

And a thought came to me:

Do I deserve to enjoy this day too?

And then almost as if I could see myself through other eyes, I realized that this person, me, Patti, had done the best she could. And ya, maybe she made a mistake — she probably did — but she didn’t do it out of bad intentions. (And even if she did, that’s not the point.) She deserves good things too. She’s a good person. She tries! (Oh, God bless her, she tries!)

And even as I was thinking this I realized that even with all that said, she doesn’t have to “earn”.

There’s a spark of innocence, a spark of Divine there that no matter what the personality has learned or not learned so far, that beingevery being — deserves love …  and deserves happiness … and deserves joy.

And the answer is yes.

Really? Even someone who’s made a horrible mistake and “should” have known better?

YES.

And not only that: she deserves to be able to reclaim her freedom and joy fully.

For without that she can’t share what it is that she’s here to share.

And what good does that do for anybody?

Have Compassion for Yourself

And so, this is the most comfort I’ve had around this issue since it first reared its head.

I also suspect that it will offer the same to you.

And even in situations where we’re not in deep despair over something we did, but any time we’re judging ourselves for something or another, it’s a perfect exercise to practice.

At this point, I can still feel some guilt. But I also feel compassion for me.

It’s not either-or, but BOTH for awhile. Okay. That’s okay. The guilt is already subsiding. (Oh great, so now it’s “merely” grief. But okay, I’ll take it.)

So it’s not gone (yet), but if anything can transmute it, it’s the light/love. From my experience, that in itself can dissolve or transform all the shadows and difficulties.

It’s powerful stuff.

And interestingly, the very thing that makes me so sad to have let Ollie down, his innocence and his beautiful trusting spirit, that very thing also exists in me.

My spirit is also beautiful and innocent, and likewise deserving of love.

And so now every time I feel that guilt I also love myself:

I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

I’ll keep you posted … but you’ll know. You’ll actually know because you’ll see me come back to life. It’s already happening. I can feel it.

If you’ve ever felt guilt, what — if anything — have you done about it? Where did you find comfort? Did anything help? Please share!

I’m only now getting involved in the social aspects of the Goddess Circle with the other “goddesses”, but the sisterhood and energy is promising — and I’m excited!

Here’s the deal: She’s doubling her prices in a few days, and even at that price it’ll be worth it. But for now, you can get in at half that price. I highly recommend it. It’s awesome, I’m not kidding! (Yes, I’m an affiliate, and you can be assured I wouldn’t be unless I was nuts about it.)

Did you know that you — yes, YOU — can actually bring magic and miracles into your life?

You can.

And I’m here to show you how.

So let’s get going!

The Basic Principle

First, everything physical is consciousness manifest.

We can think of it as a continuum with the field of pure potential at one end, and the time/space of physical manifestation at the other.

You can work effectively using that continuum:

consciousness -> energy -> manifestation

A small change at the subtle levels of consciousness and/or energy can create profound shifts in our lives.

(If you’ve ever read my “About” page, you’ll recognize those statements.)

Consciousness Technologies

The most powerful way to make these changes deliberately is so new and cutting-edge that it doesn’t even have a well-known name yet, but it’s slowly becoming known as Consciousness Technology.

Consciousness Technologies are frameworks or concepts that give us the ability to deliberately work (or play) at the most subtle levels of consciousness to effect positive changes for ourselves or others.

Some include techniques that can be helpful, but keep in mind that techniques are not required.

The Field

The main element of a Consciousness Technology is — you guessed it — consciousness.

Of course, consciousness is everywhere all the time, but the aspect of it we are concerned with is being in a particular state of consciousness.

You can also think about this as accessing a field of consciousness, or what we’ll call “the field”.

Ultimately, Consciousness Technology is all about that field and your interacting with it. Engaging and even playing with it.

The biggest trick of it and the most critical element — maybe even the only element — is that you be in that state.

Because from there is where you facilitate change.

From Subtle to Solid

Now, that all sounds very ethereal but it’s amazingly practical.

I may be an intuitive but I’m an engineer at heart and wouldn’t even mess with it if I couldn’t apply it.

It can prompt changes at any level (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual); in your past, present, or future; in other peoples’ lives; or just about anything else you can think of. No kidding.

I’ve used it to find lost jewelry (my most amazing story of all — you’ll hear it some day), to fix a DVD player, to heal my shoulder, to get my dog(s) through physical challenges (one issue miraculously disappeared overnight), etc.

There’s really no end to it and I use it all the time.

Beneficial Side-Effects

I also find that because it’s so much about accessing certain states of consciousness, playing regularly with Consciousness Technology actually raises your consciousness as a side effect. Nice! And this can only help the world at large, as a side-effect of the side-effect. 😉

It also prompts new and expansive views of what life and reality is all about. This aspect of it is pretty damn wonderful — and in way too many ways to go into right now. Let’s just say it’s invigorating and freeing and can rock your world from the inside out. 😀

Multiple Systems

There are a few different types of Consciousness Technologies out there.

Over time I’ll introduce you to all the various forms I’ve found and played with.

The ones I use the most are Matrix Energetics (which I trained extensively in) and Holographic Emergence™, which I’ve since developed (or which has been “emerging” through me).

Holographic Emergence™ incorporates ideas from several of the Consciousness Technologies and come to think of it, from everything I’ve learned and know about consciousness and all of life. As a result, it continues to evolve and improve, which is kind of exciting!

Coming Soon: How to Access The Field

In an upcoming post, you’ll learn the most essential skill you’ll need to begin to do a form of Consciousness Technology yourself almost immediately: accessing “the field”.
Update: Here it is! What “The Field” Is – and Why You Care

If you want to make sure not to miss upcoming posts, you can always subscribe to posts here. (It’s free and you can choose to get them via email or RSS feed).

So, did I give you a decent idea of what a Consciousness Technology is? Or do you have more questions now than you started with? I’d love to hear in the comments.

Thank you, and namasté.

Before we get too specific …

I’m going to give you something you need more than specifics.

As you know by now, the focus of this blog is Consciousness Technology in general and Holographic Emergence™ more specifically.

And most importantly, on how you can use it and benefit from it.

And as I live it and apply it in my own life I get excited about what I want to share with you.

However.

I think you need some context and foundations first.

Context

I’m a top-down analytical person, at least in how I approach learning and instruction. When I learn, it helps a lot to have a context for where certain information fits into the big picture.

Kind of like a birds-eye view, or an overview.

I can only assume you’d like that too.

Foundation

I also notice that some of the ideas I want to share need for you to already have other ideas in place as a foundation, kind of like prerequisites.

Blog Content & Format

That leaves me struggling a little with the blog format.

Blogs were invented as a way to do online journaling, so there’s no built-in hierarchy.

Everything’s at the same level, and I can’t expect that you’ll have read any one post before another, even if I write them in order. That can get confusing if you read posts out of order and it doesn’t allow for building on previous ideas.

So rather than just jump in willy-nilly and talk about this or that, I’m going to structure this site and blog for you.

It will take some time to develop fully but I’ve got to start somewhere.

As I go along, I’ll make it obvious how you can easily use that structure and hierarchy.

Form will follow function, not the other way around. 😉

First: Context

Context is all-important so I’m providing that right now.

I’ve created a new menu item called Topics. Within that, there’s an Overview page.

That’s where you’ll find a birds-eye view of the Holographic Emergence process, including the main steps I use during a session.

They’re the only steps you need to create magic and miracles in your life. Click to Tweet

Over time, I’ll “fill in the blanks” with posts that expand on and get more specific with all of the individual topics. (And each topic will become a submenu.)

The outline itself will also change and grow with layers of hierarchy as needed to best help you grasp and apply all the ideas we’ll cover.

Sound good?

Cool!

So now, I recommend you go take a look at the Topics > Overview page so you know what you have to look forward to. 😉

And in upcoming posts, I’ll start filling in some of the foundational topics first.

You’ll notice the Overview menu item has a sub-page (under Topics > Overview > Blog Structure) that lists what else I’ll be adding to this site in the near future. If you have comments or suggestions, please let me know. My whole intention is to make this site as useful to you as possible.

[Note: I realize this is more a post about this blog than it is about Consciousness Technology or Holographic Emergence™, but I know you’ll get more out of this site if I take a moment to “show you around”. (Can you tell I’m a former software engineer?)]

Any questions about the Holographic Emergence process? Other thoughts, suggestions, or preferences? Please let me know in the comments.

Thank you!

This Friday I’m holding my first group Holographic Emergence Session, in the form of a Spring Activation teleconference.

And boy, do I keep wanting to control it!

I’m so trained. We all are. Trained to take charge, “make” it happen, be responsible. I want so badly for it to be beneficial for all the attendees that I keep feeling like I have to force it somehow. No unknowns. Not even “happy accidents”. I notice myself starting to worry that I need to be better prepared. That it ought to be structured.

But this new (cutting edge, truly) way of operating challenges all those old habits.

And it can be downright unnerving.

Trust vs. Control

The power of consciousness technology (such as Matrix Energetics, on which my Holographic Emergence sessions are based) is that you don’t need to “do” anything.

In fact, doing can be counterproductive.

In order to achieve success, first give up the idea that you are “the Doer.” Instead of constantly doing from the mere human or conscious level, become the “Open Door.”

– Dr. Richard Bartlett (founder of Matrix Energetics), The Physics of Miracles

Rather than “do” something, the main (and maybe only) skill involved is being able to access the state in which “it is done”. And even in this paradoxical statement, the word “done” is more an adjective than a verb.

The other main skill for some of us (as already mentioned) is to let go of being a control freak! Aach! Pant pant pant.

So how do I manage to step into this new way of operating? Or rather, NOT operating? This state of being, and allowing?

♦ I can only remind myself that a lot of people for whom I’ve done individual Holographic Emergence Sessions where I’ve let go of control have noticed positive results.

♦ I also remind myself that when this idea came to me just a few weeks ago, it already had a life of its own.

I was compelled and propelled to just do it.

It was kind of odd, actually.

It was as though I knew the doubts existed but I wasn’t able or inclined to even look at them. I often think it’s smart to examine doubts to see if they’re valid, but almost always I decide that they are — and then they are crippling.

And so, this time, I simply allowed myself to be moved.

Can it be that there is something, some force, some something (I know not what) that actually knows better than me?

Well, let’s hope so.

Choosing Trust

So, I’m letting this be a lesson to me to live as that door instead of just be that door when I do Holographic Emergence Sessions (or LOL when I absolutely have to let go and surrender because I have no other choice).

That means I won’t just be the door during the Activation session, but am also being a door that opens for this and possibly future Activation sessions to enter my life as they will.

The trust required to be an open door also opens you to receive inner guidance easily. I’m noticing that certain inspirations are appearing to me about the sessions. Things that may or may not be a part of it. That’s all fine and is a part of the process. It’s “showing up” on its own — through the open door.

I’m choosing it this time. To not do. To trust.

Because I’ve learned that that’s how magic happens.

Want to join us for the Spring Activation? There’s still time! You can find the registration link here. (And it’s free!)

And a big thanks to those of you who’ve already registered. We’ve already got a group of wonderful people; I’m so excited!

How about you? How do you know if it’s time to DO or time to be a DOOR … or don’t you? Have you seen the door lead to magical results? Would love to hear your thoughts.

Happy Holi!

This week marks a special Vedic holiday to welcome spring.

It’s Holi, the festival of color, and is a two-day event which includes fun and celebration.

It’s a popular holiday in India where people take to the streets with dancing, singing, and throwing of powder paint and colored water.

It coincides with the birthday of Lakshmi, the Goddess of abundance and prosperity.

Vedic holidays are synchronized with the position of the planets which give a precise idea of which energies are manifesting at any given moment.

And this holiday is celebrated as a time to welcome an abundance of all good things into your life.

It’s great if you can take advantage of the support for positive change that’s offered by these special days. Use them to magnify the helpful influences that support improvements in your life.

Holi and Lakshmi Jayanti – Growth & Abundance

Wednesday the 7th is Holika Dahana and holy ceremonies called pujas are performed to celebrate the victory of light over darkness, or good over evil.

Holi continues on Thursday, March 8th as a festival to celebrate new beginnings. It’s an especially good time to win the blessings of the Gods for good harvests and fertility of the land.

Thursday (the day of the full Moon) also happens to be Lakshmi Jayanti, the birthday celebration for Lakshmi, the beloved Goddess of wealth and abundance.

Auspicious Days for New Beginnings

These are very auspicious days for any type of activity including new beginnings.

That means anything you do or begin on these days will be especially blessed for success.

Activate Your Spring!

Speaking of spring and new beginnings …

Spring begins in the Northern Hemisphere on Tues. March 20, 2012, at 1:14 A.M. (EDT).

I will be welcoming it body and soul!

And would you like to have some new spring in your step?

NEW this year, I’m offering something to newsletter subscribers that I’m pretty jazzed about:

FREE!

Holographic Emergence

∞ Spring Activation ∞

It will act as a springboard for whatever intentions you hold during this fertile time of new beginnings.

We’ll do it as a group in a few weeks on a date TBD.

It will be sometime around the equinox and the lunar New Year (which occurs a few days after the equinox this year).

Details and registration information (it will be a teleconference) will be in the next newsletter. (Not on my newsletter list? You can sign up here.)

Many blessings to you during this sacred and powerful time, and best wishes for any new gifts you are opening to accept, or creations you are dreaming of and/or beginning to manifest!

Namasté.

Today I did a free session for one the the winners of the Solstice drawing I held at the end of December.

She had her choice of a Channeling, a Holographic Emergence Session, or a Jyotish Prasna reading.

She chose a non-interactive channeling. That’s where she sends her questions to me, I record the session of me connecting with her guide(s) to ask the questions and channel the answers, and then I email her the audio.

Always before doing a session with or for a client, I take a few minutes to prepare.

Sometimes I go through a more elaborate ritual of sorts, but today was just whatever came up in the moment.

During the process I got the idea to share today’s few-minute preparation with you … So here it is.

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

A few things you’ll hear in this 4-minute audio are:
– Turning on my intuitive “radio”
– Confirmation that things were shifting
– Doing Matrix Energetics, specifically a 2-point
– Setting my intention for the session
– Receiving guidance about an additional intention for this session
– Confirmation that I was ready to go

I also prepare the environment and do an invocation but that’s done in the beginning of the actual channeling session. This is just an example of a pre-session preparation of myself to line up my energy system for the process.

Enjoy.

And of course, as always, I’d love to hear your thoughts!

P.S. If you missed the drawing, why don’t you sign up for my newsletter, get my posts in your feed reader, follow me on twitter, or like LsB on facebook? That way, you’ll always know about my specials and periodic giveaways.

Dr. Richard Bartlett tells in his seminars of people who’ve tried Matrix Energetics even without taking one of his seminars, and had immediate results. To their own surprise, they were soon facilitating remarkable transformations.

You can do this too, and it may take as little as 4 to 16 minutes.

How They Did It

In most of the cases, they were people who’d read Richard’s first book “Matrix Energetics”. It has a chapter teaching how to do a two-point, one of the basic techniques of opening to the field where magic and miracles can happen.

Or some had gone to the Matrix Energetics website, watched some of his videos, tried it, and succeeded.

The funny thing is that the more seminars I’ve taken and the more I’ve practiced Matrix Energetics, the more simple it’s gotten. I’m now to the point where I don’t even need to do a “technique” for things to happen.

Richard is right. It’s not about being a do-er, it’s about being a door.

So if you’d like to begin playing around with Matrix on your own, I highly recommend it and Richard encourages it too.

There’s a good chance you’ll get some happy surprises!

How You Can Do It

Here are a few simple ways you can begin:

• Listen to or download this audio snippet of Richard teaching the two-point technique.

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

It’s from Music of Your Mind with Maureen Caudill. It’s a 16 min. segment of Richard teaching her do a two-point right on the spot. It’s excellent, and is all you need to begin practicing on your own. I recommend you listen frequently and allow your experience to be different each time.

(The interview took place on May 3, 2007, and I can’t find it on the original site anymore or I would link you directly to it. Here is a link to the interview in its entirety.)

• Watch the videos on the Matrix Energetics videos page.

In this first video you can see Richard explain and demonstrate a two-point. At only 4 min. long, it’s still long enough to give you an idea what a two-point is and begin playing with it.

It looks like he’s trying to change a physical feature, and he is … and he isn’t. He comments on this idea toward the end of this video.

At my first seminar I got up on stage with Richard while he did some work with my mild scoliosis. It was a trip. One of the results was that my scoliosis was noticeably improved, instantly! But besides that, I changed. I didn’t think about it much until a few weeks later when a friend of mine told me I’d changed since the seminar. That I was less rigid. I had to agree that was true, and isn’t it interesting that Richard had worked with my in/flexible skeletal system? I think it is!

The point is that things change at many levels.

• Read Matrix Energetics by Dr. Richard Bartlett.

Just reading it will put you into a magical space. But if you practice doing a two-point (chapter 6, complete with illustrations) you’re even more likely to notice results. If you’re like me (and a lot of people) you will make this more difficult than it needs to be. It’s sort of a paradox but you don’t even need to do it “right”. Allow it to be effortless if you can.

Please let me know in the comments if you tried any of these suggestions. What’s different?

Note: Matrix Energetics is a complete system of transformation. If you want more information, this page on the Matrix Energetics site is informative, or read about my Holographic Emergence™ services which are primarily based on my training in Matrix Energetics.
